Mindful GMAT / GMAT Holland has been teaching students for the GMAT since 2009. We handle all our data with respect and do our best to protect your privacy. This notice explains to what context we gather information of our customers and Webpage visitors, how we process it, with whom we share it, and what your rights are under the European data protection law. We have the right to change this notice at any time.

Data controller

Who controls your data? When this notice mentions “we”, “us”, “our”, “Mindful GMAT”, we refer to GMAT Holland BV, which is the company that performs all operations for Mindful GMAT, GMAT Holland and GMATcursus.nl.

What personal data do we collect?

In order for us to process your booking for our courses, we will ask you for information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, previous education and GMAT score you aim for. In addition to the information we collect ourselves, our website uses Google Analytics which registers click behaviour.

For what content do we use your data and who do we share it with?

We use the data is collected to process your booking and to make sure that our instructors are informed correctly. We need your name, email address and phone number to contact you before, during or after the GMAT course. Information about your previous education, job and aimed GMAT score are not necessary to provide, but helps our instructors to prepare better for the trainings.

If you have agreed to our terms of the GMAT Tips & Tricks Newsletter, we use your email address to send you marketing e-mails regarding our planning, GMAT updates, or invitations for partner events. Sending out these e-mail is done by a third party called MailChimp. You can unsubscribe for these newsletters or change your settings via links in the bottom of each e-mail.

We use the data of Google Analytics to analyse global visitor statistics of our website. This makes it possible to improve our services. Google only discloses this data with third parties if legally necessary, or if this third party processes this data for Google. By using our webpage, you agree to this data processing of Google.

Retention of personal data
